My name is Austin Von Ville, I have a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from Virginia Wesleyan College. I have a very strong interest in computer science and have experience in programming and web development.
I am currently working on my skills with HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Python, and Linux to further my ability to become a successful developer, and data scientist. I currently work at a web hosting company, where I am taking advantage of the opportunity to learn from colleagues around me to enhance my knowledge in front-end and back-end web development.

- Provided highly reliable service and strong technical expertise to customers and coworkers.
- Assist Tier 1 Technical Support Representatives with working efficiently and providing support when needed to maintain low call times and high productivity.
- Answered escalated customer issues from Tier 1 Support Reps, determine the best approach to resolve the customers issue while providing the best customer service possible.

- Assisting customers with website problems such as software integration, FTP, site building, and email.
- Providing customers with knowledge based articles to help with common hosting issues.
- Quickly resolving customers’ website and server issues while still meeting Quality Assurance Standards.
- Gather data regarding customers’ problems via calls/chats/tickets.
Virginia Institute for Sports Medicine – Physical Therapy Representative
- Managed the schedule for two physical therapists and two assistants.
- Scanned physical therapy documents for patient charts.
- Answered phone calls and any questions regarding physical therapy for scheduling or insurance.
- Verified insurance for patients and obtained authorization for both workmans comp and insurance companies if needed.
- Prepared patients charts for each day.
- Integrated the office from physical chart system to an electronic system.
Study Abroad Experience
While In college , I had the amazing opportunity to study aboard multiple times. I had to short trips of around 10 day, and a long stay of 4 months. The classes that I took aboard and the experiences that I gained both strongly attribute to the person I have become. I learned a lot about foreign politics, but therefore expanded my ability to be self-reliant and responsible Here are some highlights of those trips.
